Scratch Weekend...

I made a lot of food from scratch this weekend.

Hand pressed tortillas for our romantic fish tacos.

And for my 15 year old nephew...

homemade marshmallows.
I love that he still asks for these each year.

In your book, the pancakes and scones call for 4c flour/565 gms. Which equates to roughly 141gms per cup . My AP flour is 120 gms/cup. When talking 4 cups, that is almost 3/4 c diff. Can you tell me what flour you use and would you recommend going by weight or cup measurement? Loving your book!! Thank you!

I'm so impressed that you made both of these from scratch. I do a lot of cooking, but I've never attempted either!
Your blog is beautiful! I enjoy visiting here.
